What is a FREE Consultation?
The consultation is an in-person (or virtual) meeting where we will review my pricing, provide you with a detailed quote, discuss the terms of the contract, and take the time to learn more about you and your wedding. We will walk through the entire booking process, but there is no obligation to commit at this stage. This meeting is a great opportunity for you to determine if we are a good fit for your wedding day. Plus, I’ll treat you to coffee, so it’s a chance to explore what I can offer in a relaxed setting!
Travel & Other Information
- Extra Hours - $300/hr
- Second Shooter- $75/hr (other options available contact me for more info)
- 49 cents per mile, gas charge applies to locations 30 miles away from my home.

- $10 USB available for purchase for all of your wedding photos. Ask me why you should choose this option!
- Any wedding booked on a holiday or on a holiday weekend will be charged an additional $500.
- Decoration set up and tear down- pricing varies on wedding size, contact for a quote.
- 25% non-refundable retainer due at booking.

Wedding FAQ
Do you require a retainer?
A. Yes I do. I require a 25% retainer day of booking; it is non-refundable. The final amount is due 1 month prior to the wedding day.
Do I have to order prints through you?
A. I do not require you to order prints though me. However If you are wanting specific pictures enlarged without losing the quality of the photo I would be happy to work with you and the program I use to professionally print. Ask to see my printing price sheet!
Do you travel?
A. Yes I do! I have no limitations on where I can travel too. However this does come as cost to you. If the location is further than 2 hours away I require hotel room compensation and my normal travel fee applies. If the location requires a flight that must be paid for as well (typically for destination weddings). Use the "travel quote" button above to receive your detailed quote!
What does "no limit on images" mean?
A. I always deliver every photo that I consider good product, after a wedding. It also very much depends on how well the wedding goes. Some 8 hour weddings I have delivered almost 700 photos, others that didn't go as smoothly I delivered under 400. I believe in quality over quantity. So my goal is to only deliver the photos I feel meet that criteria. This can be discussed more in person during the FREE consultation.
What is your expected delivery time?
A. Your photos will be delivered within four months of your wedding. I typically photograph 2–4 weddings each month and edit galleries in the order they’re captured, ensuring every couple receives the same level of care and detail. This timeline allows me to stay on track while providing a high-quality final gallery.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
A. If you are needing to schedule your engagement photos then I allow 1 free reschedule. After that any other reschedules get charged as a full session (reference my general photography packages).
As for weddings I allow rescheduling, however your retainer is only good for 6 months from when you cancel. After the 6 months is up you must then pay a new retainer based on current pricing.
Can I hire another photographer for my wedding?
A. No. All professional photographers, or anyone planning to take photos with a high end camera, must be hired through me exclusively. This policy helps avoid conflicts, ensures a seamless photography experience, and creates a stress free environment for your wedding day. My team and I are dedicated to capturing every moment beautifully, so you can fully enjoy your celebration without any disruptions.
